Sara's Pizza

This is the third time we've gotten pizza from Sarah's since the new owners took over and each time it's been excellent. Pizza was hot, well cooked, loaded with toppings, and cut well (lol). Could have used a bit more sauce but still delicious and WAY better than most other places. We'll be back.

I've read through some of the reviews suggesting that this place is not as good after it was sold to new owners. I disagree, the pizza is good. Cooked in an actual oven, no conveyor belt ovens like a lot of the places around here. Crust was cooked perfectly and no flop. Sauce was flavorful and not sweet. Cheese was browned appropriately. For West Michigan this is one of the better pizzas I've had.

Update: Tried again and still burnt. That means all 4/4 visits since the ownership change had inedible crusts. Here to agree with the rest of the reviews since Sara's was sold. They're still using the basic formula which is good, but penny pinching is driving out the business. The last time I went, out pizza was doughy and they mixed up my order. This time, the dough was burnt on the ends and soggy in the middle, so they cranked up the heat on the oven to get the pizzas out quicker. And one of my pizzas barely had any sauce on it. I don't care if you thank us for your business on your sign when your food yells the opposite. You bought an incredible name and recipe - please don't burn this place to the ground. Have purchased pizza here every time I visit from Florida. This visit I was a little dubious because of the new owners. I'm happy to say that the pizzas were delicious as usual. Plentiful good quality toppings, excellent crust. Next time I'll ask for a little extra tomato sauce which is always tasty and comes with the bread sticks we also order with the pizzas. Keep up the good work!

I am gluten intolerant so I love Sara‘s pizza. You can get gluten-free pizza, cheese bread, garlic bread, pasta, breadsticks, and even subs! So many options and everything is good. Our family who is not gluten-free enjoyed their food as well. Very friendly service. We will definitely be ordering here regularly.
