I want to love it, but it fell short. I appreciated the complimentary bruchetta, it was definitely the best part of our meal. It was garlicky and flavorful. The meatballs were extremely tough, had to cut them with a knife and it seemed to have too much Italian seasoning that didn't compliment the meat. The Chicken Carbonara was overly soupy and lacked pizzazz. The chicken parmesan was stringy and burnt on one side and the breading fell off when touched. However everyone working was very attentive and extremely fast serving us, sociable and polite.

We’re visiting Tulsa and Sapori is really close to our hotel. This was some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. My husband had the linguini carbonara (he’s a carbonara connoisseur and said it was incredible) and I tried the chicken piccata (usually comes with capers but I asked to omit them). I’ve never had chicken piccata before and it was the best pasta I’ve ever had. Now I’m afraid to try it elsewhere because I don’t think it’ll live up to Sapori’s standards! We also got the caprese stack. Every ingredient was so fresh and the flavors all worked so perfectly together. I’m a fan! Can’t wait to come back.

Incredible experience. The place was packed - always a good sign. The experience started with the owner serving us free champagne because they were a bit busy, which led to us being seated a few minutes late. Once seated, we received complimentary bruschetta that was very good - and it looked like that was standard at other tables. Great regular and seasonal drink menu. Service was phenomenal, and kitchen was fast - our meatball appetizer arrived hot in less than 5 minutes. The chicken parm and ravioli were both superb. Will be back - really great experience.

Very nice cozy restourant and the food is excellent. The pizza was so good and i was surprised that wasn't the traditional one 🍕. It tasted very yummy. They have very good Italian wines to pair with the food,too.

My vodka penne was bordering on bland, just okay. I will return because I tried my friend's lasagna and it was delicious.
