Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

Water down bean juice posed as chili! It’s noooo for this Texas girl! I miss real Mexican food.

DO NOT FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. It has been awhile since I visited Santiago's. I have never ate at the Santiago's in ft Morgan and probably won't go back, this is how the visit went. When the waitress said we could sit anywhere, she was talking to another waitress and it seemed we were interrupting her visiting with the other waitress. We sat down and she brought us a chips and salsa. We have frequented other Mexican restaurants ie 3 margaritas and still offer complimentary chips and salsa, I am not sure when Santiago's began charging for chips and salsa. I order the sopapilla, one of the few places I can get a sopapilla deep fried, the sopapilla seemed a little smaller than usual, the side of the sopapilla was rolled on the side as if you tried to make smalle

The food is has been great here on far. Consistency is on point and the service is never bad. I have ate in store and ordered pick up. The chile spice level is never consistent, but this is how every santiagos is.

Who doesn't love a Santiago's breakfast burrito?!?! You should dine in and try it deluxe (smothered with lettuce and tomatoes). If your looking for low carb, get it in a burrito bowl. Also their chips and salsa are my favorite. I wish they had other Creamer than dry but, other than that, it's my favorite place for breakfast.

This is the best Mexican food in Fort Morgan. We've been going here for years and they have the same issue every restaurant in FM has - dependence on the help available. When they have employees that don't care, the overall experience suffers. The food itself when fresh and put together correctly is outstanding. However, they only get 4 stars because of the hypocrisy of their straw policy. They dont have straws because they want to be green. However, that sign sits right next to the big fridge with 120 single use plastic bottled drinks they sell. They send plastic utensils wrapped in plastic with the carryouts, which are in a plastic bag filled with food in plastic containers. But if I want to drink their delicious horchata, I have to drink from the plastic glass without a straw so they
