Sanchez Bakery

Fantastic local bakery with fresh pastries and authentic flavor. Everything tastes homemade — from the conchas and empanadas to the bolillos that come out warm and soft. The place smells amazing as soon as you walk in, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are great, portions generous, and the quality is consistent every visit. It’s the kind of small-town bakery that clearly takes pride in what they make. Perfect for a quick breakfast stop or to grab a box of sweets to take home.

When we have bought bread as of late, it has been terrible! My dad went and got pan bolio for menudo and choices were limited and the bread burned! Why even put this out to sell? This is not the first time either, and the tortilla quality has gone down for those who don’t know better. Please, bring back the quality that you used to have.

When they had first opened the pastries were quality. Now, it's quantity over quality. We had called ahead to reserve barbacoa, and when we arrived to pick it up, they told us we took too long to get there and they sold it to someone else, and there was no more, so we had tl scramble to figure out lunch for guests.Service there is a zero stars and actually has been for as long as Sanchez bakery has existed. Good service, pan dulce and tortillas were fresh and delicious. The chicken dinner was also fantastic. Great products with the right price.

Every time we visit Perryton, TX, I make sure I run by this bakery. I have a couple of favorites I get each time (gingerbread pigs, cinnamon rolls), and found a new favorite this time, a cheesecake type dessert. Go by there & check this place out for yourself; you won't be sorry!
