Chuchos Tacos

What a gem of a small independent restaurant. The staff sat our party of 5 just before advertised closing and were attentive. The food was superb and being able to add your own toppings was a nice touch. I don't think the quesadillas need to come with fries though. My only concern is that pricing is likely 'dynamic' given that the menu did not have the prices of each dish and overall it felt slightly on the expensive side. Although something tells me that might have been the beers!

Brilliant place with amazing food! The tacos are devine and I love that you go and get your own toppings. Our server was brilliant also. My only concern was that there were no prices on the menu, so you didn't know how much you were going to get charged!

If there is one thing that Perryton Texas has a lot of, it is authentic Mexican joints. I passed through town recently en route to Kansas, and it was lunch time….as in,”You better get something now or wait a few hours.” So I veered off my route in search of comestibles. I passed a couple until I saw Chucho’s Tacos & Beer, which had all the right verbiage for me. Turn the van around and let’s go. While I was busy photographing the exterior, a patron stepped outside, and I queried him if the food was any good. He went into a long litany of reasons why I should step inside, but they already had me. He was right, though. Most of the tables were filled with Latinos on their lunch hours, along withy a few stray Anglos. That’s always a good sign, because the last thing I want is fake Mexican f

Passing through and stopped at this little gem. The tacos were the best I’ve ever had! Staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. If we pass through Perryton again, we will definitely be stopping here… hungry or not.

Obviously loved the food! Al Pastor was perfect! Had that added char that I love! The guy that Obviously runs the place is amazing and made the experience wonderful! Queso was delicious! I also LOVE the salsa bar! So fresh and perfect selections. Oh and my margarita was top notch!!
