Sam's Sub Shop

We were in the area and just dropped in for lunch. An extensive menu. I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich, my wife ordered a Turkey/bacon/cheese/avocado sandwich (it had a funny name but I don’t recall what that was). The soft rolls were VERY fresh, which was nice. My wife enjoyed hers, the avocado was fresh sliced (not just some spread). The pastrami was tasty, and there was a reasonable amount of for the price, a good deal. Friendly service. Not a great dining area but clean. I will go back here if I’m in the area.

I've been going to Sam's for over 15 years. Been disappointed a couple times but nothing like tonight. I always order wings. I went to order 75 wings and fries. Paid over 100 dollars which is fine, however wings were scimpy and undercooked today. Paid for extra sauce and they tried to nickle and some for more. Owner was kind of rude when i asked for 1 more sauce with 100 order and he looked at me like i was dumb. Hate to say this but this one experience cost them a pretty good customer

Sorry but not sorry. First time ordering and horrible experience. The guy giving me my order was rude, no customer service skills at all just kind of tossed my bag on the counter like he was disgusted with me for ordering through doordash as a pick up order. I brushed it off and wanted to forget about it but the burger looked like it was microwaved in a hurry. The sandwich was mostly bread, I had to tear pieces off cause it was too much. If you go here dont order the burgers or sandwiches.

First time coming to order food here and why I didn't visit this place sooner is odd to me since I live close by. But happy I did. May look small outdude but as you walk inside its cozy, clean and you can't help but see the huge menu on the wall that it took me afew minutes to choose something cause all looked so good. Plus your supporting snall business so it was nice to give back. While waiting for my order, chatted with these two men who try to come to eat here alot to this sub shop that they make it date an actually drive an hour just to eat here. Said they love the food items and cant find hardly a place that offer certain food items so tasty. Wow! Been coming here for years since they moved from Fulton to Marconi. If you want some great wings this is the place to find them. Otherwise go elsewhere for a decent burger/hoagie. They give small portions of meat on their sandos. Wings 10/10 Everything else 4/10 Cleanliness 9/10
