Sam's Steakhouse

When I came, it was pretty quiet. Had a nice feel. Got a table pretty quickly. The salad bar is, not great for the price that was paid. The steak flavor was good, but the one I got was way too thick. The flavor was on the outside, inside wasn't very flavorful. The other issue was due to the thickness, and the cook was just off. The outside was med, while the center was pretty raw. Only a small part was cooked to medium rare. The interior is a little dated, but maybe the look they are going for? Improvements. Thinner cut steak that's wider. That way the flavor is more even with each bite. With the salad bar, do more of a spring salad mix, which shouldn't raise the cost much. The plastic cups, feel cheap, maybe good for kids? But with the price paid, a nice glass cup would feel more worth

It was 7 at night the waitress could care less about being there. I had a lobster tail it was so bland, just no taste. For 50 bucks just bad. My boyfriend had crab legs they tasted ok but not as sweet as snow crab should be. The salad bar was fine until I saw the lady putting old salad bar stuff in the fridge at the end of the night. Just not worth 120 bucks.

Walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable. Very poorly lit. Grills in the middle of the dining room. Also, the decor was extremely outdated. Staff was extremely friendly The salad bar was wonderful. I miss going to restaurants with salad bars. Everything looked fresh, and it all tasted good. Blooming onion was extremely sweet. I am used to a normal onion being used for a blooming onion, not a sweet one. The breading was really good and not excessive. Steak fries could use some salt. The ribeye was one of the best cuts of meat I have ever had in a restaurant. Sadly, to make a steak delicious, not only do you need a good cut of meat, but you also need a good seasoning. All I could taste in the seasoning department was seasoned salt. For me, just seasoned salt that is not evenly coate

Stopped for the night at a local hotel and chose Sam's for dinner. Was seated right away and the hostess took our beverage order. I chose the fried chicken and she did chicken strips. Salad bar came with the meal so we both made a salad plate. Food came hot, and in a timely manner. Only real snag was my fried chicken was not totally cooked all the way, second time it arrived it was done.

The food is great! We had Chicken and steak recently, It Was seasoned well And cooked perfect. Salad bar is always yummy and fresh. We will be going back
