Sam’s Southern Eatery

If you want Sam’s then I would get it delivered! The portions are bigger. I ordered Fried Green Tomatoes for an appetizer and there wasn’t close to as many as when My buddy and I get a delivery order. The 2 pieces of fish I got were very small. The guy never came and checked on me at all after giving me my food. He was actually in the back/kitchen besides the few times people came to pick up food. Definitely won’t be back. Will continue to get delivery though. Just sucks they don’t hardly care for actual dine in people.

This fish at Sam’s Southern Eatery & Seafood it’s burnt to a crisp. I ordered the kids meal to go. $9 the fish is so burnt my son wasn’t able to eat. I had to go to another restaurant to buy food. Whoever is the cook here needs to be trained not to burn the fish… not edible. The Mac n cheese very little cheese & a whole lot of noodles. Definitely not a good idea to order a kids meal.

The customer service at this restaurant was great. It was mine and my mother's first time eating there and we took a while to figure out what we wanted to order, but the lady who took our order had no issues with how long that took or explaining what things are, and the restaurant had a fairly chill atmosphere. However, as we got our food: a plate of fried pickles, a double burger, an eight piece shrimp, Mac & Cheese, and coleslaw, we gradually noticed our food was over seasoned. For example, we could barely taste the Mac & Cheese with the amount of pepper in it, we could only taste mayonnaise in the coleslaw, and our shrimp had way too much salt on it. We paid about $50 so the amount of things we could point out about our food was disappointing, but we had no problems with the customer se

Good fried foods here! Fried Shrimp was large and tasty. A bit on the salty side but not overbearing. The Mac and Cheese was outstanding, as were the green beans. Disappointed in the cherry pie as the shell wasn’t very good - taste wise. The cherry filling was great though. Pie possibly was overcooked. Prices are great!
