Sam’s Donuts

My Saturday breakfast with my granddaughter was not our typical Saturday morning. Went to Sam's this morning since I was already in town. I had ordered 2 sausage and cheese kolaches. I spent $5.40.. which would be about right for 2 small kolaches. Only problem being- there wasn't any kolaches in the bag . Just sausage and cheese croissant. When I tried to call them I reached the liquor store. So on my way home I stopped to talk to them and the woman behind the counter didn't care that's she had screwed up. Wasn't even trying to to make it right. The online menu shows that it had been updated yesterday... Croissant prices are double what I normally pay for half the size(at a different establishment). Kolache prices are similar to what i normally pay(not at Sam's) Needless to say I'm disappo

The food is good, most staff are friendly, EXCEPT the lady in the mornings, she is ALWAYS rude. She answers the window with: "an *annoyed sigh* and says what do you want?" Half the time she shuts the window while your still talking to her. This morning, she threw the Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich in the bag, and when asked to warm it up, the items weren't even on the bread so the cheese was all melted to the bag. We didnt get our kalache. (Which we paid for) Our order is always messed up. We usually come here 3-4+ times a week, and when we get any other staff, no issues, except with her. So we will just have to find a new morning stop.

These donuts are better than Shipley's, but that's not saying much. What truly brought me here to place this review is that now for the 3rd time, They gave me too much of what I asked for and then charged me for it. At least this time they didn't just add too much of the items I asked for, but also got my order wrong when I spoke very clearly as to what it was the I wanted.

Love this place for our daily donuts and kolaches. They are good and are well made. Come in early for the fresh ones. Also the customer service is excellent the employees or owner is such a nice person and overall understanding. Would recommend this place for morning eating.

Service has gone to you know what. The miserable individual who sits at the drive thru, never smiles, barely opens the windows and constantly screws up the order. I used to go there in the mornings with a bright cheerful person taking your order. Not anymore!
