First Watch

This was an Amazing dining experience! Our fabulous waiter, Todd was so kind, patient, friendly, & helpful with our meal choices & we're so happy with the meals we picked!!! We had the Tri-Fecta (with my options being 2 eggs over medium with whole grain pancakes & 3or4 big pieces of exquisite smoked bacon) from the main menu & the Double Bacon Parmesan Hash topped with greens from the Seasonal Menu. As you can see in the pictures, both have beautiful presentation & oh, the tastes were simply magnificent !!! The location is a pretty easy off & on for northbound I-45 travelers & not complicated at all for those traveling south, in the Willis H.E.B. parking lot for you 2 stop shoppers & locals. This is an Amazing dining experience that we highly recommend!!!

Love the trifecta here with waffle and eggs and meat choice. We tried their brunch drinks and they were amazing! I tried their lavender one and it came as one and a half drinks of the most amazing syrup flavor. It is a must try! Staff is great! There are lots of seating options and nice clean bathrooms.

It was so fun stopping by here to begin my birthday day, thanks to the staff here, and especially Danette (or Dammit, as she says her friends call her :), who kept me laughing the entire visit. I was stunned that everyone on staff signed a birthday card for me, and Danette brought my omelet out with a lit candle. Best birthday breakfast, ever! Thank you everyone! I had a fantastic experience at First Watch thanks to our amazing waitress, Mak! She was warm, attentive, and had a great positive energy that made our meal even better. The Double Bacon Parmesan Hash was delicious—perfectly seasoned, hearty, and packed with flavor. We also ordered the Trifecta, and everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked just right. Mak checked on us often without ever being intrusive, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Her service truly elevated the whole visit. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Mak—you won’t be disappointed!

2/06/26 - wife and I came in for breakfast after a surgery I had this morning & honestly, the kitchen kind of messed our order up a smidgen - that said, our waiter Todd (he has been exceptional) mentioned the little SNAFU to the manager, Ashley, who immediately came over & addressed it. No joke, 2 or 3 minutes later, our food was brought to us in a state of near perfection. I still stand by my 5-star assessment considering the expedient & proper fix! Still a magnificent brunch! BTW - Getcha some $Million Bacon. Its worth it! 8/27/25 - I've been in several times the past few weeks for some semi-healthy breakfasts.
