Crust Pizza Co. - Willis

Crust pizza was pretty amazing tonight! The pizzas came out hot and fresh and I just love all the flavors and options on their menu. I ordered the Margherita 14” and my wife ordered The Blanco 14”. We of course shared them, and both were delicious. The crust is very crisp and not soggy, has just the right year to it. I love all the fresh tomatoes as well! My BIL ordered a custom pizza with bacon, basil, garlic, and pineapples and a maybe a couple other things on it. His was pretty delicious also, the fresh garlic and pineapple went very well together. It was cool night, so we made use of the outdoor seating and it was a very pleasant meal.

Ordered a stuffed crust Margherita pizza. When we sat down we had to ask to get our table which was very dusty and dirty. After 35 minutes we noticed that the people that ordered after us were finished eating and leaving. We went to ask for our pizza and were told it would be five more minutes. After five minutes we asked again and they told us that that our pizza was given to someone else. After 5 more minutes they served our pizza. It was partially cooked, the cheese and sauce was still watery. This place used to be good. We will never return.

Half off wine on Wednesday is great!! Super cheap and pretty good. I also recommend “the goat” pizza (not sure it’s on menu anymore). It is delicious. Any of their goat cheese items is amazing. Also their house salad- not sure how they do their chicken but it is amazing.

Tried this location for the first time. They definitely don't skip out on the toppings! The stuffed crust wasn't the best not enough cheese imo. Good fast service. fresh food! I recommend this place. The prices aren't bad either.
