Sam's Club Cafe

My friend and I visited the Harker Heights Sam’s. We went over to place an order. Because we normally place the order with the cashier, we were kind of taken off by them telling us we have to download the app or whatever else they said. It was totally confusing because we had never heard of such cause we we’re not eater outers, But thank goodness for the kind & patient lady at the self check out register. She took the time to go step-by-step with usif you want something from there, you gotta come here scan your Sam’s card. Choose what you want pay for it and then take the receipt back to the cashier. So again everybody is not technologically inclined there’s still some of us that’s finding our way so in your training perhaps you need to let it be known to those there are still individua

You can't beat the pizza price. You can beat the service when a gentleman takes 15 minutes to make a sundae and the lady behind the counter is whispering and telling the same gentleman to put on gloves cause she's watching. Thank you yo the young lady for coming back and getting the crowd down quickly.

I didnt know i had to pay first at the registers where u pay for ur groceries. I waited in long line then when I went up to order my food they told me I needed to pay at the register where I paid for my groceries.it got me a little upset but then again I guess all sams are different. I moved from Colorado it was wasnt like that over there.so for u first timers in texas thats how it works over here!

the guys in the optical department are hands down the best in TX.they always greet u with a smile and will take care of all ur needs.they did my most recent prescription and at 69 yrs old they are the best pair i have ever had.
