Sam's Club Bakery

Went in for 2 salt pretzels, lady at the register added it and I paid for it. Im a pretty patient person and dont mind waiting a bit. But after 25 minutes of sitting there I finally decide to go up and ask just for them to tell me that they have 0 pretzels to make. Don't understand how you can't have any coordination between staff or even a modern computer system that would tell you that you're out of x product. Got it refunded and was offered an ICEE as a comp but I declined as that doesnt take back the wasted time. When every other sams club I've ever gone to has told me that they are all out before having me pay.

Shout out to the ladies in the bakery. A nice lady helped me place a large cupcake order (while my 1year old was doing a great job at being very distracting lol). She was super helpful and you can tell she loves what she does!
