They sure did a number on this Sam’s. The new set up for check out is awful. If you are considering a membership. Don’t. Go to cosco. It doesn’t save you Money or time to do your own check out, and they only have two actual checkers, and usually only one available. The last two shopping trips I waited in line nearly 45 min to check out. Then another 10-15 min to get out of the store because of the whole check your receipt system.

I ordered jurassic park cupcakes 10 days prior to my kids bday party, they were to be green and gray icing with dinosaur rings I was told this would be no problem....I got plain white icing with a bag of rings.
