Very disappointed with this Sam’s Club bakery’s location. I placed a cake order a week before I needed to pick it up. I placed an order for a chocolate cake with chocolate icing and cupcakes. I spoke with someone that didn’t speak great English but it sounded like she had my order correctly. Her name started with an “S.” I even asked her to repeat it back to me before we got off the phone. Upon pickup, the cake was chocolate with vanilla icing instead of chocolate cake with chocolate icing. So now day of, my cake is wrong. I also wanted buttercream on the cupcakes but it is whipped icing so of course the regular cake has whipped too. I’m so beyond frustrated and will probably never use Sam’s club bakery again.
They had what I needed for my restaurant. It was worth upgrading my membership.
