This place is consistent… consistently getting your order wrong!!! I don’t understand. The most basic orders are wrong, breakfast sandwiches have been wet/wrapped poorly, forgets ketchup, wrong cream cheese, barely any cream cheese, too much cream cheese, and other requests screwed up all the time! The staff is miserable and unfriendly. It’s like your order is a big inconvenience to them. Definitely have had plenty of breakfasts and lunches ruined because of the wrong orders. I’m done with this place. I’d rather drive 20 min out of town than down the road for a bagel.

The ladies are running around like it's a fire drill. It's seems overwhelming. I asked for small coffee. She charged me and I had to figure it out for myself to get it from front. The 🥯 bagel was good but, no effort put into proper cream cheese amount. I'm giving a two-star because the bagel taste good, but interaction and everything else was bad.

I've only ever gotten whole bagels here but WOW they're perfect. Slight crunch to the outside, pillowy inside. They're even amazing plain untoasted.

I tried this place since it is close to my job. And I was very disappointed, the sandwich was super salty and i was only given 1 egg instead of usual 2. If you’re charging $8 for a TEC on a roll, we expect a good sandwich. I will not be returning… Go down the street to bagelwhich

Favorite local bagel shop in town! My go to is the BEC on an everything flagel. We also love a plain bagel with scrambled eggs and hash browns.
