Sammy's Pizza

Let me be perfectly honest: we’ve had a few meals over the years at Sammy‘s that did not tickle our fancy. They have completely cured that problem. Tonight our bar food was excellent: the right temperature, the right flavoring, and the right sized portion. But what really make it stand out was the service. This place is full of all-star servers who really make you feel at home even during your first visit in years. I can’t remember the last time we felt so comfortable in an establishment the very first time. Another big plus is, in a town that rolls up at sidewalks by 7:40 PM, the kitchen is open until midnight! For a night owls like us, that’s very important. I have a feeling we’re going to be regulars here.

Went for dinner with my family and was disappointed. Service was slow and the food was mediocre at best. The thin crust pizza.... its like they are trying to see how little dough they can use. I think a Ritz cracker would've been thicker than the pizza, crust and toppings together. My husband ate both our 10" pizzas because I just couldn't be bothered to eat the burnt paper. Had to wait forever for the server to come back to get beverage refills. Didn't bother with taking the leftover pasta home either. It was basically rubbery like it had sat under the heat lamps forever which was backed by the thermal nuclear plates.

Because of the three dollar special today, we had a meat head pizza and a chicken, bacon ranch pizza. Both were excellent. We liked the crunchy thin crust, and the flavors were very well blended and generous. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We have been here twice and it is our go to place now as everything is AMAZING. We have had pizza and burgers and there is not 1 bad thing yet. The Cowboy and Tough man burgers are excellent.

table of 4(us) table of 2 table of 4 table of 3 they all came is after us, all got food before us. happened to be they “forgot” to give our order to the kitchen. this happens all the time when we come here. place our order and have to wait 50min to an hour to get our food. food is great don’t get me wrong, but having to wait so long and having to pay full amount is absolutely disappointing. and to add to this 3 of our 4 orders were not right.
