Sammy's On the Square

The food was ok but when the servers get rude then the food dont taste so well. Server told we dont serve French vanilla creamer because the owner dont like it. Emily needs more training in hospitality when it comes to know what you have to serve. Didnt have a clue that the restaurant had 2 percent milk. Slow with bringing back coffee for refills. Next ill stick to what I know best and go to Elizabeth in delavan yall need to try them first for the famous Sammy's on the square.

This past early June marked the very first time dining here and was actually a delightful experience. Only the 2nd time ever being in town, the first time was a few years back when I took my family on a ride which was secretly a slow road trip to Lake Geneva. Anyways, we ended up having breakfast here because my wife had ordered a birthday cake from a popular cakery in town and I mentioned to wife that I can't see driving an hour to pick a cake up then head straight back home so breakfast it was. Julie Michelle had recommended Sammy's even though I had already Googled "breakfast restaurants in Walworth WI". That's one thing I don't get to have much is breakfast out with my wife alone, luckily my folks agreed to watch our boys while we were out. We've been to plenty of breakfast/lunch v

Found this restaurant while driving through Walworth to another local business. So very happy that we did stop. Warm welcome and seated immediately. Wait staff are quick and professional. We have been back several times for the great food.

Excellent service. Food was great too at real good price. The atmosphere was bright with large windows, making a good start to the day. I was surprised I liked thick French toast but it was very good. Sugar. Free syrup was a nice alternative.

Sammy's On The Square is the local go-to place for lunch and Sunday breakfast. Always packed with families, kids, workers, locals, seniors. Typical Diner. Huge menu. Fast service. Very reasonable prices. Family Owned. Nice staff. You may have to search a bit for parking but it's there and it's free.
