Salty Spirits

Stopped in the other day for lunch and had the best time! I ordered 1/2 dozen oysters which were all incredibly fresh and delicious, as well as the lobster bisque which was loaded with lobster meat. My cocktail was lovely and the employees were welcoming and fun! This will definitely be a go to spot for me from now on.

Newer restaurant - Oyster Bar with other raw bar selections from local providers and a nice variety of small prepared plates, both warm and cold. Everything was delicious. Very cozy, small space. Ideal for couples and small groups, mostly bar seating. It’s not a place for full dinners, but perfect for appetizers, to catch up and enjoy a few cocktails. They appear to have a very interesting and lengthy specialty cocktail list. I enjoyed a local Nonalcoholic IPA, but will go back to try these. People around us seemed very happy with those selections. Nice addition to a quaint downtown area with several top tier restaurant options very close to one another. Try it!

What a great find! Lovely small place with excellent food and great drinks. Small plates and everything just done right. I usually like my seafood simple, but the lobster taco was great, mussels just perfect, even the bread served with them. The martini flight was cute and all were different and just as described. I hate to recommend since it will fill up fast, but they deserve it.

Small but cozy place! Super Friendly staff and EXCELLENT food. Prices may lean high, but it's fresh local seafood so that's not really unexpected. We got the Sampler Platter (I hastily ate a shrimp before taking the picture) and the Crudo and everything was delicious! Definitely recommend as a good starting point on a night out amongst the other Kittery restaurants!

First time there yesterday, what a great find. The drinks were good and the oysters and shrimp even better. The bartender, she was very friendly and the guy's shucking were extremely accommodating finding me the largest oysters, appreciated. We will definitely add the Salty Spirits to are Go To places in Kittery.
