They say don’t judge a book by its cover, well that certainly reigns true for this smoker on wheels. Without a doubt the best brisket I’ve had in Arkansas and dare I say it, ever! I mean the fat was rendered to perfection (straight butta), the meat had immaculate flavor with a nice bark on it. How could it be better? Paired with some beans that’ll put a whole new definition to the term magical fruit and that nanner puddin! C’mon now. Yes, duh, the people were lined up so it was a bit of a wait but all good things take time! Delayed gratification people! But once it was my turn he really took the time to go above and beyond on the customer service side. Oh and did I mention this dude knows his stuff when it comes to bbq? Truly a masterpiece. Can’t wait to try all that this dude cooks up.

10/10! I have tried a variety of meats and side dishes from Salty Dalty's. Everything I've had has been very good. This year for Christmas I decided to serve one of their briskets. Best decision ever! The brisket was seasoned and smoked to perfection and the meat was so tender it melted in our mouths. Salty Dalty's exceeds my expectations every time!

Some of the best food you'll ever eat. The brisket is every bit as good as it looks and I would hook myself to an IV of the creamed corn if I could.

All the food is delicious, but the beans, brisket, and the prime rib are the best in the state/world! Prime rib melts in your mouth. Beans are homemade sweet, tangy,yummiest! Brisket you can get sliced or pulled seasoned to prefection and the sauces add even more flavor. You might have a little wait because of the line but soooo worth it!

Fantastic food, great service! He had us sample the beef ribs before we ordered and it was incredible. We tried a little bit of everything and everything was great. Honestly the Armadillo Eggs and Eloté bowl were my favorite but the brisket, chicken, and Oreo cream pudding are tied for second. Also, he has Mexican coca cola! Business came in waves while we were there but the service was so fast that nobody was waiting for more than a minute or two. Heads up, there is nowhere to sit, so be ready to either eat in your car or on the pavement.
