Salted. On The Harbor

Beautiful spot in northport village. The cocktails great. The food was delicious , I ordered the New England clam chowder (a big craving I’d had for a while) and the Mediterranean salad with grilled salmon — amazing. I was so excited to have leftovers for my lunch tomorrow. My friends had the pasta and the tacos and both said they turned out great. Oh and the cinnamon sugared bignets at the end were such a treat. Would love to come back soon.

We had a such beautiful experience going to Salted. On The Harbor. I cannot stop raving about the food. I swear it was like biting into a piece of heaven. We ordered the Mussels, Calamari, and Lobstah Fries to start and we enjoyed every delicious bite. It strongly recommend the Lobstah Fries, most definitely. Our Main Course was the Pappardelle. The sauce was rich and delectable. Chef came to our table to great us and to make sure we were satisfied. The service was terrific. The portions were more than enough. While the prices were in the higher range, the food, the service, and the atmosphere more than made up for it. A++, I will recommend Salted. On the Harbor every time.

Colleen, our wait staff person, was great! She recognized that the 2 & 4 year old with us needed food and brought their dinner with our 1st round of drinks. Our meals were delicious, and our service was VERY good (attentive but not over-bearing).

The halibut with a buerre blanc sauce is simply STUNNING!! French onion soup is also phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I’ve seen reviews about the service here and I’m not sure what they’re talking about, I experienced great service! They even brought out a dessert with a birthday candle because they paid attention to the reservation request. The atmosphere is very comfortable and stylish. The calamari was very good, and the lobster roll was just ok. While there were whole claw pieces and giant chunks, it just lacked a bit of flavor. The dishes around us all looked very good, and I look forward to trying something new next time. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant!
