Located within the Hilton, directly on the beautiful white sand of Pensacola Beach, Salt is a classy place to enjoy fresh from the Gulf cuisine prepared perfectly. The wide open dining space is clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated. There's a big two-sided bar, outdoor patio, booth seating, and a large dining area. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful in every way.

We had delicious burgers and a salad. The food is really good and their coffee is Seattle's Best which is one of my favorites. Our server was Lori and she took great care of us.

Salt is the casual lobby restaurant at the Pensacola Beach Hilton. The atmosphere is bright and modern with great lighting, ample seating and good spacing on the tables. For breakfast they offer a buffet with an omelette station. The food offerings are good but could be a bit more varied. Our server was excellent, friendly and attentive.

For the price the food overall was not that good. Snapper was kind of bland, shrimp was so-so. The rice that came with my date's shrimp was not good. However, the chocolate covered strawberries were excellent.

The crab claws were, without question, the best I’ve ever had, perfectly seasoned and infused with unforgettable flavor. We started with a luscious charcuterie board, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of upscale cheeses, meats, and crackers. It was the perfect size to share, and I was impressed by the gluten-free options available for my husband. Every dish at our table was presented beautifully, elevating the entire experience.
