A “five star” review isn’t nearly enough!! Heather hosted a real estate appreciation weekend and our company (Pensacola Title) participated- bottom line, I was completely blown away by the service, the atmosphere, the PEOPLE, the organization, the willingness to go above and beyond, Heather anticipated our every need and took care of it before we even asked. Such a beautifully run event, but under all that, the FOOD was exceptional and the ambience is of course, bar none. They have created a gorgeous spot that even locals can enjoy bc it’s so unique and it feels like we are on a true vacation even if it is only for a few hours. Heather makes it all happen! Upon walking I was really impressed by the aesthetic and atmosphere. I was promptly greeted my by server Jenna with a smile! She was quick to tell me about the special and great recommendations based on my dietary restrictions. I ordered the buff cauliflower, the mahi BLT, and a margarita. The food came out quick with a nice presentation. The cauliflower was a bit undercooked but was still delicious. The Mahi sandwich was cooked perfectly and the side Caesar I got has to be the best Caesar dressing I have ever had. I need the recipe. Margarita was top tier as well.

Big T delivered amazing customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. He recommended the catch of the day — the snapper — and it was absolutely incredible. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can tell he really knows the menu and cares about the guest experience. Highly recommend asking for Big T and definitely don’t skip the snapper!

First time visiting bounce and I will definitely be back. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly. My waitress Korey was amazing. She gave the best suggestions and was every attentive during my meal. Also asked if I was military so that she could give me a discount. Guest relations came down to offer me a tour of the rooftop. Just a great experience overall. They also offering bottomless mimosas on Saturday and Sunday during brunch.

I highly recommend BOUNCE for your next event! We had a wonderful evening with 50 guests. It was a cold December night but the Terrace is a fully enclosed area that has space heaters and was perfect for our Pink Glam Party! Heather and Goods were easy to work with and all of our guests had a fabulous evening.
