The service is very attentive and the food is great! Had a very delicious porterhouse stroganoff that always hits the spot. Can get pricey, especially with a drink or two but it's worth it.

Salt Creek Grille Valencia is an excellent dining spot! The atmosphere is warm, upscale, and perfect for family dinners, celebrations, or date nights. The staff was attentive, polite, and provided great service from start to finish. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the appetizers and desserts were just as impressive. Overall, a fantastic experience. One of the best restaurants in Valencia. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

This afternoon, I dined at Salt Creek Restaurant in Valencia and left very disappointed, particularly given the prices and the expectations set by staff. I ordered a pasta dish with the scallop add-on ($17 extra). Before placing the order, I specifically asked whether the scallops were large, and I was told they were. When the dish arrived, there were only four very small scallops, and they were noticeably overcooked and dry. The pasta portion also appeared smaller than what I have received on previous visits. I raised my concern politely with staff and later asked to speak with a manager. I requested that the scallop charge be removed since the item delivered did not match what had been described when I ordered. We had dinner here on New Year's and we enjoyed it. So nice, beautiful restaurant. Kid friendly but we were placed right by the kitchen and was sooooo loud and very busy obviously. We appreciate the fact they accommodate us last minute. Food is delicious and portions are generous. Wine is good and the server went all the way to the cellar to get one at the right temperature for us. It was expensive but worth it.

This is my wife’s and my absolute favorite restaurant in Santa Clarita. The food is consistently outstanding — we’ve worked our way through much of the menu, and not once have we been disappointed. My personal favorite is the pork chop. I order it “blackened,” and it is incredible every single time. I always tell myself I’ll take half home… but it’s just too good to stop eating. Beyond the food, the hospitality is amazing. The owner, Greg Amsler, and General Manager, Jennifer Chadwick, are unbelievably kind and welcoming. When we made a reservation for my wife’s birthday, they surprised her with flowers and a bottle of wine. They also give back to the Santa Clarita community more than any other restaurant.
