Very good food, CASH ONLY! Relleno burrito was a little on the small side but deliciously cheesy inside. Reminded me of a Jalapeno popper flavor, (specifically Jack in the Box but much better). I don't really mind the size at $4.50. Chicken taco was all white shredded meat... very nice quality meat, good taco sauce. Next time I'll ask if they have a hotter taco sauce, little more spice would be nice. Loses one star because it's cash only. At least get a Square or something, it's almost 2020! Good prices, good food. I'll be back to review this again for sure.
The atmosphere is ridiculous 🙄the paint is bright orange😐, one has to order at a counter that coincides with the kitchen. The menu that rotates so fast that you must keep your eyes on the menu or lose out!🙄Sorry to say but the food sucks!, in other words, the stacked enchiladas were covered with hamburger chili, filled with animal fat and way too much cumin😒(The green chili was spicy although very watery and bland! The price for one individually packed enchilada plastic containers(lame) was 8.99, green chili 5.99 for a bowl, steamed tortillas, just yuck! The prices way too expensive especially for the poor customer service, and the way the food was prepared! I will never waste a dime here and I do not recommend Salsa Latina to anyone especially anglos who wouldn't know the difference LOL a
bomb mexican food, w tamales too! everything tastes like it was made at home in the best way, small restaurant, nothing fancy but great service. close meter parking, downtown
Not hard to find, and you walk right into the kitchen when you enter! Close quarters to sit, but quick and friendly service when ordering. The prices are very reasonable for the a la carte items. The burritos are not huge like other places you may have been, but enough for lunch. The food is standard mexican - good flavors. The beef burrito I had was made with ground beef mixed with refried beans in a somewhat dry flour tortilla.
Good spanish food made on spot and was delicious, not to mention the hospitality! Cash only btw! Enchilada plate was on point.
