Got an anchovy pizza, it was great. Thin crust and ready in 20 minutes! Very friendly staff and I love the open kitchen set up, you can see the brick ovens and the chefs making the pizzas. I love the taste the brick oven gives🤌🏽, a little ashy and crispy, absolute perfection 10/10. So good I couldn’t even get a pic before eating 😅

Easily one of the best pizzas on this planet. I’m a huge pizza fanatic and have tried all different kinds from different regions and this is top-tier quality. If you’re not familiar with the New Haven “apizza” or Neapolitan style pizza, don’t let the char appearance fool you. Think of it like a real nice cut of steak cooked to perfect perfection, the outside is seared and looks burnt, but in reality, it’s just a thin layer of crust that locks in all the flavor and you still have a nice tender inside. Lot of textures to explore, and the flavor palette is also incredible. You get nice sweet notes and full body from the San Marzano tomatoes, a nice Salty umami from the pecorino-romano, and the highest quality mozzarella. These pizzas are made with a high moisture dough and cooked at a real hi

The pizza is only as good as the people making it. This is never more true than at a iconic restaurant that uses top notch ingredients and makes their sauce in house. The half pepperoni and half cheese pizza came out cooked to perfection. I watched my waiter check to make sure it was cooked perfect before delivering to the table. The pepperoni the source is of highest quality however this iconic pizza is all about the sauce which is so good, a tomato pie is on the menu. Unfortunately the sauce tasted off the day I ate there. It wasn't bad however unlike the New Haven one, I wouldn't have wanted a tomato pie. Looking at photos on these reviews I can see a difference which tells me the problem was likely a consistency problem. This is the price you pay for homemade. Overall this r

This place is soo good. Most people come here for the pizza which is really good but the pasta is also really good. Specifically the rigatoni vodka pasta. The sauce is heavenly. The consistency is perfect, I love the charted tomatoes and it has just the right amount of spice. It’s not too much or too little. We’ve tried vodka pasta from other places but they just don’t compare to this place. You can add protein to the pasta but it tastes amazing on it its own. Whether you eat in or takeout its still really good. My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t have rigatoni so they will give you a different pasta without informing you. The service here is good, the staff here is very polite. When you order pasta it comes out quickly but pizza takes longer (as expected). Overall this place is

Ordered takeout. Pizza was great but the Caesar salad was embarrassing. It was a $17 box of giant lettuce. It’s unfortunate because we’ve had this salad in the restaurant at westfarms and it was amazing. Disappointing for sure. DoorDash support is useless when this happens. $71 for a small single topping pizza, some bread, and a box of lettuce. Dominos next time I guess.
