Sakura

Wonderful experience!! Celebrating my birthday I choose Sakura for my dinner. Have not done hibachi style eating in a long time. What a treat!!! Chose the steak and chicken combo. They first serve you soup 🍜 and salad. 🥗 soup was a bit bland but good. Salad dressing was delicious. They then serve you fried rice and noodles 🍜. Plus stir fried veggies. A few shrimps 🦐 were also included. Next is the meat. All were delicious and if course entertaining to watch it being prepared. Had a Japanese beer 🍺. Very good as well. Also tried the fried ice cream 🍨. Very good too.

Overall, it was a great experience. Got a little confused with the entrance as we came from a different direction and wound up on the backend of the restaurant, but parking was fine. The place was very busy as it was Father's day. We made a reservation in advance for hibachi. It was myself, my husband, and two boys ages 7 and 9. The kids loved watching the cooks do tricks. The staff was friendly and attentive. We only had a soft drink, but the drinks we saw looked good. The food was yummy and everyone left satisfied. I was surprised they gave rice and noodles. The only thing I was a little annoyed with was that it came with only white rice and you had to pay $5 more for fried rice. I thought that should have been included, but it didn't bother me that much. Definitely recommend and

My family has been coming here since the 80s and I try to take anyone I can here to experience the hibachi. The food is always such great quality and the portions are such a good deal for the cost. Drinks are great, sushi is wonderful and fresh, and I always recommend the scallops. I’ll continue to come here until I can no longer!

The woman who was “in charge” of the restaurant at the front desk was incredibly rude. We booked a dinner party for my husbands birthday and we were so rushed for the amount of $ we spent. Incredibly rude woman, none of us will be returning, ever. Shame on that woman. For a $600 dinner you’d think she’d be a little bit kinder. Place looks dark and dingy, not like I remember. Gross. At least the hibachi chef was pleasant!

Food had no flavor , first time in my hundreds of hibachi meals that I left not eating my entire meal. Drinks were not good at all. The hibachi cook was not friendly and had a problem when I asked for no veggies. Place is small , packed and beyond over stimulating with the noise and close quarters. I’m not hard to please but this one was rough for me . I will say 10 stars to the friendly attentive bigger gentleman (host?), he was wonderful!
