Sakura Teriyaki

This was the WORST Sakura I have ever been to!!!! Where do I begin. Just walking into this location, the smell of rotten food or trash, I’m not sure, but the smell is intense. That should have been a sign to leave but we were in a rush and needed to grab something quick. I ordered the beef bento box and the vegetables were damn near frozen! The meat had no flavor and was very chewy. The sushi you could visibly see was not fresh and tasted old. I will never return to this location and no one else should either. This was horrible!!!!

Shitty non existent service. Waited and waited and they never made my food. Walked out this place sucks! Also they charged me a .10 bag fee for nothing this is illegal billing practices and will be reported.

Sushi was pretty good. Chicken teriyaki was just ok (rice was overcooked, and chicken was dry). Large portion, but not a lot of chicken. However, given the price, it's still good value. Service was friendly.

I came into the store today for a quick lunch and had to wait 5 minutes for my cashier to get off her personal phone finally telling the person on the other line that she's at work.... Went to sit at the last Booth, table was filthy. They have car air fresheners in their ceiling vent. When I came in I smelt something weird I guess they can smell it too 🤣

This was our first time trying this place and we ordered via DoorDash. We ordered one chicken and one beef bento box and the portion sizes were reasonable. It was good enough that we would consider ordering again. Everything was packaged well by the restaurant and the presentation was quite decent for a takeout place — we definitely like how the to-go bento box was organized with all the items clearly separated.
