Saker's Sports Bar & Grill

I had an amazing experience here. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You can tell the chefs truly know what they’re doing; the quality and presentation were outstanding. The service was exceptional as well. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the staff are this good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm, clean, and inviting — the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and want to come back. Highly recommended. I would give it more than five stars if I could.

We held our daughters wedding reception at Events by Saker in August of 2021. The place was a hit! Everyone loved the venue and LOVED the food! Being able to get the food, venue, bar, and music taken care of, all at one place, was such a load off our minds, and made planning the wedding reception so much simpler. It really saved us a lot of time, too. The staff are all really friendly and Tony was very accommodating, too. Would 450% recommend Events by Saker to anyone!

The place was fairly busy but not full. The wait staff was friendly. They have a lot of options on their menu. I had the Cuban wrap and fries and both were tasty. They have some cheesecake and regular cake for dessert that look outstanding but I didn't try. I will have to come back again and have a piece.

This operation is actually called Events sports bar and Grill. They have a banquet hall and on the other side a bar/restaurant. Staff was very friendly and the decor was very fitting. Highly suggest the chocolate moose cake! Decent menu and food, can’t complain. A bit expensive but a very nice place to go for a dinner and drink.

All I can say is wow. The owner, Tony, served us personally and everything was above and beyond. I had a walleye sandwich with a home made tartar sauce. The fish was light and flaky and tasted fresh! The breading was complimentary and not overwhelming at all. Wife had nachos. The chips were solid and the toppings were plentiful and tasty. Two others shared a Chipotle chicken wrap which was also well received. The fries were hot, light, crispy, and tasty! Four kids each had Alfredo which was home made quality and huge portions! Then Tony brought out the big guns- the pictured desert which was an oreo cheesecake straight out of heaven. Will definitely be ordering for future events/ birthdays.
