The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Ellicottville, just steps from great shops, restaurants, and everything the village has to offer. It made exploring so easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ellicottville, look no further.|This is a beautiful house with charm.|The room we stayed in ‘Botanic’ was beautifully decorated in a flower theme. |It was very clean and well maintained.|Everything was provided that we possibly could have needed. From the robes in the room, bottled water, towels for the hot tub/pool, and a nice treat Watson’s Sponge Candy, they thought of every detail. The common areas were nice, and the upstairs one provided complementary drinks like juice, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and snacks. The pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. We even enjoyed just sitting on the porch and enjoying the scenery.|JY was wonderful, meeting us as we arrived and explaining everything. And he made us a wonderful departing breakfast t

Lovely place!!! The room (legends) was super comfortable, breakfast was very yummy, and we had nice conversation with the breakfast group and hosts. Deb and JY are down to earth and great people who just want you to have the best time in town whatever you are doing. Hot tub and snacks were a plus! Will be back :)

This is such a charming place in a prime location. Minutes from the downtown for shopping and dining. The large outdoor hot tub was well maintained and in a covered area, perfect for relaxing. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. They even prepared a beautiful breakfast on the day of checkout. Thank you for a lovely weekend away!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful weekend at Saisons Inn as a surprise for his 60th birthday. The hosts Deborah and JY were so gracious and helped with the planning and surprise. They ordered a charcuterie tray from a local restaurant and had the dining room set ready for the surprise guests coming on Saturday. Everything at the Inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas and with the snow and lights created a perfect Hallmark weekend. The rooms and beds were so comfortable and little touches like bottled water, cozy robes and local chocolates made our stay feel luxurious. JY's breakfast french toast was amazing and sitting and drinking coffee with our friends and family for a leisurely breakfast was so relaxing. Another highlight of our trip, on recommendation from Deb
