Saigon Bistro Sterling

Definitely one of the better Vietnamese places I’ve had. The crispy tofu was done quite well which I really liked. Crispy on outside soft on side with good flavor. The shaking beef was pretty tender and somewhat juicy which was also good. The Vietnamese coffee was the only part I thought was mediocre but overall I had a great experience

Forgot to take a photo when the food first came out and already started eating lol so the pictures do not do this place justice! This place is a hole in the wall mom and pop shop. The food was the best authentic Vietnamese food I have ever had. The portions were BIG with a lot of protein and full egg rolls. The service was great as well! The servers were attentive and kind. I even got to meet the owner, Brian, and hear about his story behind opening the restaurant and his humble beginnings. I was very impressed with everything and was even more ecstatic to hear they just opened another location in CHANTILLY since it’s closer to me!!!! Would highly recommend and would definitely come back again!!!

Solid Vietnamese place in NOVA closer than the Eden Center that serves a variety of dishes besides just pho. Food and service were great! I would definitely come back and take my family here

I’ve been there for several times since they first opened. I’ve tried almost everything in the menu and I would say my favorite are “spicy lemongrass soup” (i love the flavorful broth and sate), “pork sausage spring rolls” (the sauce is a good part), “vermicelli wrap with beef wrapped”, and “sizzling steak & eggs”. As a vietnamese, I find the dishes in the menu both authentic and delicious. Some may find the prices slightly higher than other vietnamese restaurants around area but they’re definitely worth it. Everything from the food to the services is excellent. My family’s favorite spot. So highly recommended!
