Saigon Baguette

As others have pointed out, best Bahn Mi I've had in Vegas. In my opinion, they're also perfectly priced and sized. My recommendation is the #5, but others are great too! Oh and yes, they often do sell out of bread and close early, so best time to go is between 9 and 11 am. They get a lot of costumers early, if you want one, just make sure to plan accordingly (and don't be such a brat about it....to those complaining).

Two things to note - They make fresh bread in-house and once it’s gone it’s gone for the day - the pricing for a Banh Mi is absolutely reasonable Love this family own restaurant it’s been one of the “go-to” spots for quite some time now. Banh mi sandwiches are amazing obviously because the bread really makes it. Lots of different choices whether if you’re vegetarian or craving some type of meat. Customer service is always very consistent since it’s a small family that runs it. No issues at all especially calling in advance to make sure they have bread left. Small ambience to eat inside, and a few tables outside to eat based on the weather conditions

Fresh made bread at this Banh Mi shop makes a big difference in quality and taste. Got an assorted meat Banh Mi and very much enjoyed it. Lots of meat and a very tasty pate spread! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a filling snack or lunch option in the area!

Overall: 4.3/5 We came for lunch on a Monday, so it wasn't crowded. The store is small but clean, including the restroom. The lady who helped us was sweet and mentioned that they sometimes run out of banh mi and close early, so she recommended calling ahead and placing an order. The prices are more affordable compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, and the quality is much higher. While it's not quite like San Jose, Saigon Baguette stands out as one of the top banh mi spots in Vegas. What I love most about their banh mi is the baguette. It's baked to perfection--crispy without being hard or cutting your mouth. I also really appreciate that I can taste the pate. #1 Banh Mi Heo Quay/Roasted Pork ($8): Unfortunately, the roasted pork was dry and didn't work well in a banh mi. #2 Banh Mi

The service here is amazing. The young man at the counter was super respectful. And witty. I asked him to prepare me his favorite the way he likes it, which was the grilled and let me tell you this thing is flavorful, moist, the bread has the perfect amount of crunch to it while still maintaining a soft fluffy texture. I also got spring rolls. They were very light and refreshing. Are used to be a Lee’s guy, I stopped in here because I didn’t wanna have to deal with the parking lot and now I can confidently say I’m an SB guy. I’ll be back that’s a damn fact! I wish this place had better exposure they deserve it honestly
