Saffron Studio

I recently took the sourdough-making class at Saffron Studio and absolutely loved it! Athena made everything super easy to follow, even for someone like me who’s totally new to bread-making. What made it even more special was that I brought my 3-year-old daughter with me, and she had a blast! She got to make her own sourdough loaf and was so proud of it. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, and it was such a joy to share this experience with her. I wasn’t really into bread-making before, but this class totally changed that. After learning the process and tasting the amazing pistachio cherry sourdough, I’ve decided to start baking it regularly! Highly recommend this class to anyone—especially families looking for a fun, interactive experience!

My husband and I took the Holiday Gnome workshop and we loved it. It was such a unique and intimate experience; Athena was very knowledgeable and helpful. We all came out of the class with cute sourdough gnomes, amazing sourdough starter, and Athena’s instructions on how to bake our first loaf. We love her apple sourdough loaves as well! Would definitely recommend.

Such a unique and fun experience! Athena is amazing. I wasn't interested in baking initially but she got me very excited about making bread. I decided to make chocolate strawberry sourdough and it tasted like heaven.

Took a mini+me pumpkin sourdough bread decorating class with my 5 years old and we both absolutely loved it! Super proud of the bread and big bonus: it is absolutely delicious! 100% recommend for an activity and/or, (and this is from a born and raised and lived in France for 30+ years person): do try their bread! It is absolutely delicious! Class was really fun and extremely well thought of for kids including the necessary patience, jokes, fun activities and coffee for the parents ! We'll be back for sure!

I got the walnut bread, inside is moist and fluffy, the outside is crispy. it's such a perfect bread, I couldn't stop eating it.
