Safa's Pizza

I normally enjoy Safas food but tonight ordered a Hot Roast beef platter. I paid online and then was told by phone that I needed to pay extra for gravy on my fries. My order comes and no gravy on beef or bread. Barely any gravy on fries. Terrible. I called, sent a photo and was told it was correct but they woukd send me some gravy. 30 minutes later gravy arrives but food is now cold. They are 2 minutes down the road.

The subs and wings were really good, super tasty. But the fries and pizzas were kind of disappointing. Some of the fries seemed like they’d been sitting out for a while, not fresh at all and some were soggy, not crispy. The pizzas were the biggest letdown… hardly any sauce, just cheese and pepperoni. I've been ordering food from them for a few years. This the first time everything wasn't satisfactory to me. On the bright side, the driver was really nice and the food showed up in a reasonable amount of time, so that was a plus!

I heard you are under new management idk if it's true but I ordered 2 pizzas last night.horrible hardly any sauce plus the lil bit on it was nasty.which makes me ask are y'all trying to cut cost by using cheaper ingredients? If so stop because it's going to fail I'm sorry but I won't be ordering anything until changes are made had your food in the past and was always good.ps my friend ordered cheese stakes last week and he said they didn't taste right. What ever y'all changed please change it back thank u.

Don't let the rough neighborhood drive you away from this amazing pizza shop. I've been ordering from here for years and the pizza and subs are always delicious and the prices can't be beat for the portions. Also the night crew have great customer service, especially the young man with the fade working the register. Don't waste your money ordering from any of the other local sub shops like Big Boyz or Pizza Boli's. Ordered the meatball stromboli today and it was absolutely delicious and huge. My only suggestion would be to serve it with a side of marinara sauce for dipping even if you have to raise the price of it a dollar.

Was hoping too get the Taco pizza pictured on the menu but was far from the picture (only beef, onions and seasoning) then when I called I was talked too like I was dumb for expecting my food too look how it's advertised.
