Beanie's Ice Cream-Candy Parlor

I was in Maryland for the 1st time on Sunday, and a park ranger at Fort McHenry told me to get an egg custard snowball with marshmallow. Found Beanies and gave it a shot and it tasted great. Would never have ordered it had not been for the recommendation, so glad I tried it. Looks like a lot of great options here to try. If I'm ever in Baltimore again I'll have to come back.

I love to go here on a regular basis (3 times this week alone), but today I had a new experience and wanted to share. The atmosphere is always a breath of fresh air. The staff is never less the amazingly pleasant. My only complaint is the false advertising, or rather lack of warning I received when I ordered... the apple harvest funnel cake. It's right on the board, plain and simple... very unassuming. I thought, well, it's just funnel cake....I'll order a kiddie butter pecan also.... well, please see the attached photo for the reason I post this message...all will be understood. It is recommended to eat it there and don't take it to go, but either way, it's absolutely fantastic.

My name is Tanka Jahari and I just Got a whole funnel cake and fried oreos all for myself. It was dericious! you would never believe me! Lili and Maddy were the best. It was so good, yesterday I came i came back and got 5 scoops with no cone! You would never believe me!

This place is outstanding! The atmosphere is great. It’s like walking back in time. The people that work there are great. The other day I went in for my normal chocolate milkshake and I was wearing Orioles Clothing. I had a great conversation about the orioles with who I believed was the owner. Highly recommend this place!

She doesn't have them all year, but the funnel cakes are delicious. There's Apple Harvest flavor, with ice cream. But my favorite is the Strawberry with vanilla ice cream. They also now have soft serve ice cream. And I like quite a few of the other things they have to eat. Walkin Tacos, Hot dogs, nachos, and more. The staff is friendly, plus I love the music that's always playing. I'm not sure if the it's the Wurlitzer jukebox, or another way. But it's always my kind of music. We love Beanies!
