Sadelle's

On the ground floor of the Bellagio, Sadelle's can get busy and a line forming out to the courtyard is not an unusual sight. You can make reservations which can cut down on your wait time. We happen to get lucky and didn't have to wait long to get a table. Approximately 10 mins. Service was great. The room gets loud so you may need to speak up when giving your order or chatting with your group. Food comes in fairly large portions. We ordered the Western and Vegas omelet. Not as light/fluffy as I expected. It is dense, like a thinner slice of quiche. The seasoning was on point. Also ordered a fruit parfait which was quite nice. There was also a stack of very large blueberry pancakes in the mix. Any one of these dishes can be shared. Overall, aside from the somewhat noisy environ

Such a beautifully designed restaurant in a gorgeous setting. We tried the triple decker sandwiches, salami and roast beef, espresso martini, and side of pickles. Everything was wonderful. The view of the garden was incredible. Definitely recommend coming here, and I will absolutely be back.

The place was very nice and had a welcoming atmosphere. Even though we walked in without a reservation during the holiday season, the wait was only about 40 minutes which was reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was well prepared and full of flavor. I especially loved the French toast and the waffles 🧇 , both were excellent and definitely worth trying. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying breakfast!

This was a very fancy breakfast. It felt like you were in some “Alice in wonderland”setting, and reminded me of an English fine dining restaurant. I had eggs with caviar ($71 extra!) that was tasty but almost imperceptible with the buttery eggs and massive amounts of dill they put in everything. The French toast was amazing, however, as was the sticky bun. A fun place to try if you don’t mind expensive additions.

Absolutely loved our breakfast at Sadelle’s in the Bellagio! Everything was spot-on excellent—the service was attentive and friendly without being over the top, the food was delicious and beautifully presented (those sticky buns and omelets are next-level), and my Bloody Mary was hands-down one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The real standout though? Request a table with a window view looking right into the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens—it’s stunning and makes the whole experience feel extra special in Vegas. Highly recommend Sadelle’s for breakfast or brunch if you’re staying at or near the Bellagio. It does get really busy (especially weekends), so definitely make a reservation if you’re in a larger group. Worth every penny!
