Sachi Sushi

It’s not every meal that you can taste the love that went in to its preparation. At Sachi Sushi last Sunday I was able to experience that. Tucked away inside Niwot Market, Sachi Sushi is a portal to gastronomical paradise. The ramen is only offered on Sundays, so that’s when we went. It was phenomenal. If you can’t make it on a Sunday, don’t fret, the sushi and nigiri are amazing as well. Large portions. Fresh, high quality ingredients. The presentation shows their commitment to quality.

We finally found an opportunity to come by for Ramen on a Sunday afternoon! It was definitely the most homemade ramen I've ever had. I was thoroughly impressed! I want to try the other ramens and next time I'll try some sushi. Very authentic Japanese food inside of a very cute independent grocery store. We may make it an every Sunday tradition to have a bowl of Ramen here 😋

It was such a surprise to discover this place. We ordered the sushi combo with soup and salad. Everything was good. The location is also very convenient since it's inside the grocery store.

Best downhome Japanese food in the Boulder-Niwot-Longmont area. There’s at least one high end Japanese restaurant in the area that is superior, but so are it’s prices! Sachi reminds me more of a local mom and pop shop in Japan rather than the typical sushi place in the states. They have very reasonable prices and a warm, friendly smile from all the staff including the sushi chef. They often have daily specials such as uni and Japanese mackerel. I usually get the chirashi deluxe and it’s very good, with high quality fish and expert presentation every time. They layer seaweed and egg between the fish and rice, which isn’t something I’ve seen in the States before, but I find I like it more than the more traditional presentations. Amazing Sushi place. Highly recommended for all sushi lovers. Chicken buns were so flavorful and soft. Tried Shumai for the first time and it was delicious.
