Sabor Tipico Dominicano Restaurant

I paid $41 for a soup through Uber Eats, and it arrived completely burned. There were no viandas, only meat — and it tasted burnt. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they insisted the soup wasn’t burned, which was frustrating because I could clearly see and taste it. If your product is not in optimum condition to sell, please just call the customer instead of sending it out. I was simply trying to enjoy some good Hispanic food after a long, busy day, and this was extremely disappointing. I waited almost 50 minutes for this order during a business trip, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. I travel here every month for work, but sadly, I won’t be returning after this.

Minimum 7x a month I need to get that Domi Sabor Always fresh,Presentable and if ya havnt tried it they'll hook you up with a sample, enough to have you wanting it all. Im currently limited (Surgery since Jan 6,2026) but still need my Domi Food also Desserts available. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I went yesterday to order fried pork and asked for three pieces cut up. I was told they didn’t have that available, only bone-in pieces, which was fine. However, the service took an unusually long time. When I finally received my order, everything was packed and bagged. Once I got home and opened it, I immediately noticed the pork was burnt and clearly not fresh it looked and tasted like food from the previous day. I’m a chef, so I know what I’m talking about when it comes to food quality and freshness. If you’re running a restaurant, especially in America, you should be providing consistent quality and respect to all customers, regardless of who they are. Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Everything came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone looking for a great meal

The best dominican food in Bridgeport have the best costumer service treat people politely the place is always clean, and beautiful. Always smells great and never have an issue with the employees they always come when I need something. I recommend to the family that is near.
