Small place, so I had my reservations, but the food was on point!! Everything was delicious. And the steak was well seasoned. 😋 Not a ton of seating but a great place during the summer. They do outdoor seating. Plus, they have a lot of parking

The food is delicious. The pupusas are huge. 2 are a legit meal and they make them to order with custom substitutions. I also got a special dish as well (miguelañez). They have very limited indoor seating, with a rough-around-the-edges charm. A great option if you want take out for mystic brewery.

Sabor Especial certainly hits the spot! It was a cozy place to stop in on a Sunday evening and enjoy some traditional Salvadoreño food & drink. 4 🫓’s revueltas, atol 🌽 & freshly made horchata 🥤! Right under the bridge, plenty of parking. Easy access for those headed into Boston or North. Great place to try if your bored at the casino I must mention. It’s good to step out of your comfort zone. A lot of takeout being prepared here but feel free to eat inside and gather the whole experience hot fresh off the press. I ordered the carne asada, I saw one of the people in the back grab the meat and put it in the microwave right in front of me. Food is ok, but a microwaved carne asada plate and a soda for $24 is a crazy ask. Don’t bother
