Sabor a Mexico

I liked it! In town for the weekend and I was at this mall and somehow found this place in a different food court connected to the mall. Very pleasant cashier/cook. I tried the birria combo and it was definitely tasty. 😋 I will revisit again to try some of the other menu items.

Tucked in the back corner of a mall is this hidden gem. Food that is not only fresh but taste like a family member made it with love- Sabor a Mexico is IT. Really good rice and beans with delicious flavors in the quesabirria tacos. The posole was perfect with meat super tender and lots of fresh toppings. This is the kind of food I will just have to crave, until I have it again.

Located in the Boulevard Mall Mercado Food Court. Good tamales and flautas. Excellent chicken fajitas. Good chili sauce and salsa verde served with the tamales. Mexican Cokes and Jarritos available. Friendly service with a smile. Ample indoor dining area with lots of tables, two separate dining rooms, drinking fountains, bathrooms and massage chairs.

This gem is tucked away in the mall but it is WORTH IT. The price total hurts briefly but not as much as their hot sauce hurts! It is SPICY! Phenomenal food though. Close second on our top 3 favs list. The atmosphere is busy and a bit cramped, kids were just running around and destroying decorations.

I first ordered Tostada De Lomo and forgot to tell them "no onions" and they offered to remake it for FREE! I declined and ordered some Floutas and it was great! My husband had his favorite Quesobirria and loved it. They even brought our food over after the mixup, on our end, and even said sorry. Very affordable and Delicious.
