Sabatino's Ristorante

Wake Forest finally has great Italian cuisine. The food is fantastic! The service is a work in progress, but as they have only been open for 2 weeks they are due some grace! They will work the kinks out for sure. The manager, Pasqual (sp?), could not be more genuine in his desire to see every customer satisfied… and his knowledge of Italian wines is fantastic! His recommendations have been spot on. I have dined here twice now and will be a weekly customer. GO and just be kind if kinks are encountered.

First off, food here is excellent. Manager is a very nice guy. Now I fully realize this is a new restaurant in town and can mean kinks need to be worked out. 1. They need more wait staff. The few they have are severely overloaded. So drinks go not regularly refilled. And when asked for such to happen...well you have to wait like 10 minutes and then some people are overlooked. 2. The inordinately lengthy time waiting for food was easy an hour or more. Now being a diabetic, such a long wait can be an issue frankly. 3. As stated food was delicious and large portioned. 4. Manager knew the kitchen was having issues getting orders out. It was a busy Saturday evening. And we were at an 8 top table. Sabatino’s is such a great spot if you’re craving good Italian food. The vibe is super cozy and welcoming, and the staff are really friendly and make you feel right at home. The food was honestly amazing. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, especially the pasta and sauces—they really know what they’re doing. Portions are solid too, What really sets Sabatino’s apart is the consistency and attention to detail. Whether it’s a casual dinner or a special occasion, they always deliver top-notch quality. Overall, just a really good experience. Great food, nice atmosphere, and good service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Tried tiramisu for the first time and it instantly became my personal favorite!

Delicious food! My husband got the bolognese and I tried the Rigatoni Vodka, and both dishes were phenomenal! Excited to explore the menu and to have this new dining spot in Wake Forest!
