Ryse Pizza

Ryse Pizza is an absolute gem in Sandusky!!!! Everything was above and beyond what we expected. This is not “just another pizza place”! Ryse Pizza is on a whole different level and 100% worth the wait. You can tell the owner truly loves what he does, even though it was crazy busy, he and the staff never made us feel rushed. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and clearly proud of what they’re serving! We tried a little bit of everything; the hand-tossed pizza, the Detroit-style, their specialty pickle pizza (the best we’ve ever had!), plus the cheesebread, breadsticks, homemade marinara, and their ranch. Every single thing was homemade, fresh, and full of flavor. You can taste the care in every ingredient. My entire family was blown away. This will definitely be our new go-to pizza spot.

Alfredo pizza is very filling and delicious. Loved the texture of the breadsticks. The Marinara and ranch are very good too. Glad I called a couple hours ahead, they were understandably busy for their opening day. Will definitely be back, a great addition to Sandusky.

Ordered two lunch specials. It was our first time ordering, but it won't be the last. It looks over done, but didn't taste it. I'm extremely picky. I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life and would rank this up among the top. Also, to note, the lunch special is large enough to be shared.

Every time I have ordered from Ryse I was pleasantly surprised by just how good the food is! Pizza, pasta, desserts, all fantastic. The staff is super friendly and nice every time I stop in as well. For a small town pizza place, you can't get any better!

I’m so glad we decided to try this new pizza place—everything was incredible! The cheese bread is out of this world: perfectly baked, super cheesy, and full of flavor. Honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The pizza was just as impressive. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy and soft, the sauce tastes fresh, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. You can tell they use quality ingredients and really care about what they’re serving. On top of the great food, the service was friendly and fast. This place is definitely going to become a regular spot for us. If you love good pizza and amazing cheese bread, you have to try it!
