Rusty Truck

Love the burgers from there and their ranch. I always get extra ranch today was a joke I even payed extra for it (4 side for $2.00) not that much but when the cups were not even half way full that's ridiculous (see pic) Really??? I will not be back because of this especially when I paid over $30 for two burgers. 😡

The last few times Ive come here, service was absolutely atrocious. Theyve always been rude and lazy. We usually come for icecream like we did yesterday at about 1. I walked in with my girls and saw the waitress on her phone. I got glared at by another service worker which okay whatever. We went to the scream shack and she walked over and said "it's closed we're short staffed" mind you the building was completely empty. Id understand if it was busy but it wasnt, she went right back to goofing around with the other staff and playing on her phone. We left. I always like to give chances to restaurants but this was my last attempt with this place. Absolutely awful.

Been here many times over the years and the service and food has rapidly declined over the past couple years. Feel like the managers just dont care about how anything gets ran as long as they get a pay check. Tonight everyone else got there food while they stood in the kitchen and talked while my pizza was sitting on the counter to get boxed for 20 minutes.

Hubby & I had dinner at this local restaurant. We both had their hamburgers, and they were great! The decor is also very cool! Recommend this place if visiting Riverton WY

I have been to this establishment before with my family a few months ago, but yesterday it felt like a whole new experience! for starters each staff member was very friendly and helpful accommodating me and my four little kids. The food was prompt and yummy,(my girls loved the kids burgers. plenty of food, no wimpy patties on tiny buns). The post lunch ice cream cones were a hit! Again, the staff was great. All had a smile on their face and made sure we were taken care of, they even ran us a takeout bag for our leftovers, which was very thoughtful considering I had a toddler and a baby in tow. My kids are already asking when we can go back. Thank you for the yummy food and the kindness!
