Rusty Scupper Restaurant & Bar

Ben provided us with wonderful service! He even noticed a birthday card on our table and added a little candle to my husband's dessert. Super thoughtful! The food was delicious! We got the small sampler appetizer and it was plenty for the four of us. My son got an amazing fish entree that was quite a sight! He loved it, though! Highly recommend!!

I have visited Rusty Scupper Sunday Jazz Brunch many times. I will say that it runs very well organized, we had a party of 9 and a beautiful table over looking the harbor. The parking garage is ample, get your ticket validated for $11. The food is good, but of course when feeding large crowds it is good enough. Many desserts and beverages. The staff is nice and accommodating. While this was a jazz brunch with an awesome live band, I did not enjoy the music that was playing overhead while the live jazz was playing; it was too much and I could not concentrate. Other than that, all was great.

This place is a Gem, I came here January 2024, and I still love this place and talk about it. The way the food were hitting and the mimosa was amazing too. I really enjoyed myself and time here with my sisters and toddler. The only thing I will do differently is come here with my child. Im looking forward to coming back again. It was so worth it. Shout to my sister for introducing me to this place. Because I can’t wait to come back without my toddler this time . Had so much fun and left feeling great. Check out the glass breaking lol

First time eating here but I have heard great things in the past. Came for the Valentine’s Day dinner. The menu was prefixed but there was plenty to choose from. Everything that was ordered was phenomenal. The half and half crab soup was amazing, the crab cakes were fantastic. Even the bread with was so good. Highly recommend, I imagine their full usual menu is just as good.

Impromptu trip to Baltimore, plan was McCormick and Shmick's so glad we saw Rusty Scupper across the harbor. BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD. And why does food taste so much better on the water? Our waiter Daniel did a phenomenal job. 1000/10 will be back again.
