Russo's Pizza Shop

We got 2x pepperoni slices - crispy and thin. Very good. 1x Buffalo Chicken slice - tasty. Not just covered in wing sauce like some places. 1x Grandma slice. Kind of tasted like Sunday pasta sauce. I really enjoyed it.

Great food at fair price. The grandma pie slice was crispy and flavorful. So was the eggplant parm sub and meatball parm sub. The lady at the counter couldn't be nicer. The strip mall it was at was kinda rundown but the pizza shop was clean. There are about 7-8 tables in there. Highly recommend!

Family did takeout order on Saturday 2/28. Best calzone I've ever eaten. Perfect blend of cheeses,amount of ham and sauce was delicious.

Ordered through door dash, a large pie and side of meatballs. The pizza was delivered but the meatballs were not - not sure if restaurant or dasher forgot the meatballs - either way, this has happened several times on DoorDash. I immediately called Russo’s and to my surprise - not only were no excuses given, blaming the dasher, or saying I have to resolve it through them - they just immediately apologized and had his wife come drop them off soon thereafter. I write this because sadly this type of service doesn’t exist anymore, and should just be standard practice. Mistakes are ok - I don’t need a dissertation about why or how there’s nothing you can do about it - which is what general customer service has become post covid. I really appreciate their help, and prompt resolution for the
