Big Chicken

It was my first time at the restaurant, and I only went because Cava was closed.. i saw this place had great reviews so I’d figure I’d check it out.. service and atmosphere were good. The food, could’ve been a little better. I ordered a their regular chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was not very flavorful, but it did the job. It was a decent size tho so that’s a plus. I did get take out, and ate about 45 mins after I got my order. The fries were hard, dry, and bland. Maybe the only way to eat it is at the restaurant? Not sure, but I don’t think I’ll be getting food from there again, I was disappointed. They do have a rewards program which is neat. For as bland as the food was, I hope it’s healthier than Chick fil A at least..

This being a franchise I have to admit this was a fantastic experience! There were some hiccups but they were immediately addressed. The customer service was attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and loaded with flavor. Cooked to perfection with just the right ratio of crispy to juicy! The fries we well done and not soggy! Over all the restaurant was clean and the staff kept on top of the over all cleanliness my entire experience. The only mention I can think of was one of the trash cans was starting to over flow but I can attribute that to the volume of traffic dining in at that moment. I look forward to my second visit. Think I’m going to try the popcorn chicken, I have heard great things. Thank you for the hospitality and attention to detail! Looking forward to eating there again

Pretty good for a fast food place, but prices are a bit high for what you get. The hot chicken sandwich was good, but you get very little meat and it was as spicy as most other spicy chicken sandwiches from any other fast food place. The cookies and cream milkshake was very good, but was overpriced.

This is my second time to Big Chicken. Their Cheese Curds and Elote are amazing and so different from other places. I got grilled chicken which my dog loves to share with me, my son crispy tenders. The fries are crispy and so good! The chicken is fresh and so tasty, the sauces so good, and extra plus is dipping fries in too! It may be a drive but ordering ahead it was ready when I arrived and stayed hot for the ride home. I totally recommend!!!

Our server/cashier tonight was Daniel, he was great. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Great atmopshere. Establishment was clean. The service was fast and the food was delicious. I ordered the big cali meal- it came with 2 nice sized pieces of bacon, which was cooked just right and was crisp. Avocados were fresh! Overall impression was good, the only downside is the price. $46 for two people is pricey; each person ordered a chicken sandwich meal, and one had a regular drink and the other got a shake. The reward system is a real gem though as I already received some rewards for this meal.
