Rumi's Kitchen Avalon

This was by far one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! This is one of Top 3 restaurants in Metro Atlanta. Customer service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. I sat outside in beautiful weather and a great view. The food was just outstanding. The roasted wings were superb! They were well roasted, spiced perfectly and very flavorful. My main course was the roasted salmon. This was the best salmon that I’ve ever had! Perfectly cooked with a smooth texture like butter, seasoned to perfection and just the best flavor without being overwhelming. The grilled vegetables were very delicious. The salad and bread were also very, very good. Shout out to Patrick for being an awesome server!

The atmosphere is vibrant yet upscale, making it perfect for both a special night out and a relaxed dinner with friends. The design is beautiful, warm lighting, elegant décor, and a lively energy that makes the entire space feel welcoming. The food is outstanding. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The kabobs are perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, and the saffron rice is some of the best I have ever had. The appetizers and spreads are just as impressive and ideal for sharing. You can tell that a great deal of care goes into both the ingredients and preparation. Had such an amazing experience at Rumi’s. We started with the green tahini hummus, which was so good—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer. For my entrée, I ordered the lamb kabob with shirin rice, and wow… the lamb was incredibly tender and flavorful, easily one of the best I’ve had. I also tried their Love and Poetry cocktail, which was delicious and beautifully balanced. For dessert, we shared the Persian ice cream sandwich—huge portion and definitely shareable between three people. Our waiter was fantastic, and they even let us sample a new appetizer on the house, which was such a nice touch. Amazing food, great service, and an all-around wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed Rumi’s Kitchen. It took about 10 minutes to get seated for brunch. A reservation is a must on the weekends. The server was excellent. Drinks and our entrée were also excellent. I really love the lamb kebabs. The desserts were also inventive and very, very good. We hadn’t been back to Rumi’s in quite some time so it’s good to get back and enjoy the wonderful flavors of service.

Rumi’s Kitchen is a beautiful fine-dining spot with amazing ambience and consistently great food. The place does get a bit noisy, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a quiet date night but otherwise, it’s easily a 10/10 experience. They have a fantastic selection of drinks and cocktails, and the falafel deserves a special mention, some of the best I’ve had! We were so carried away enjoying the food that we completely forgot to take pictures 😁. Definitely a place worth visiting again.
