RUH’S KITCHEN (INDIAN) - MANTECA

Today I ordered from a food truck. I asked them to prepare two orders of fish fry and one malai chaap. I ordered it, paid , but the fish was bad—it smelled, like it was old. They gave me this fish, I brought it home, and then our kids started eating, my brother started eating, the whole family started eating, and that fish smelled really bad. Then I called them back, and they said the fish is good, I’m not coming next time very bad service, Waste of money 😡😡😡👎👎👎👎 I appreciate that you replaced my order, but there were two items and only one was provided. When I asked about it, I was told both orders were combined into one, but the replacement fish still had the same issues. It lacked salt and flavor, and the smell was still off. Overall, it was not good. I wanted you to be aware of this.

I tried the Amritsari Kulcha at Ruh Kitchen, and it was absolutely delicious! The kulcha was perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and well-stuffed inside — just like the authentic ones you get in Amritsar. The chole served with it were full of flavor and the portion size was just right. Their signature house-made chutney, with bits of onion, took the whole dish to the next level and added that authentic Punjabi punch. Overall, if you’re craving the real taste of Amritsar, Ruh Kitchen is the perfect place to visit. You’ll feel like you’re eating right in the heart of Amritsar!

Today i tried their chicken fried rice and trust me it was so delicious and yummy.chicken and rice was cooked perfectly.I really enjoyed the food. I recommend everyone to enjoy their food at once.

We loved this place. It was recommended by one of our friends, and we’ve used their catering twice. Each time, the service has been wonderful and very well managed. Manbir Bhaji is extremely kind and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. The Amritsari Kulcha here is especially delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Best in the area, its like i am back in Amritsar. All i can say Its not your ordinary food truck because their flavours and taste is very authentic and they kept the place very clean and hygenic. The service and food was very amazing and there prices are very reasonable. They also got the dining place for family. Will be back to try more.
