Santa Ana Amatlan Taco Truck

An unassuming taco truck by a fruit stand, but boy do they offer flavorful and delicious Mexican fare. We had the tacos with carne asada and el pastor, as well as the crispy quesadillas. Everything was outstanding. The service was prompt and friendly. Our request to omit the cilantro was met without judgement. We'll make this a regular stop on our way to Yosemite.

Great food! Worth the wait! The quesobirria tacos are some of the best I've had! With that said you should call ahead and expect a restaurant wait time if it is busy. The food takes awhile but is well worth the wait! Breakfast burrito is really good they cook the meat into the egg. The quesadillas are huge and great for the kiddos.

I called and asked a simple question: do they deliver with DoorDash or Uber Eats? They couldn't answer and then hung up on me. I don't know if the food is actually good, but the service is chaotic.

The best quesabirrias I’ve ever had - great chicken burrito too. Excellent food, clean bathroom nearby. Check it out!
