Rudy's Prime Steakhouse

Came here for the first time for my husbands birthday. Cocktails were incredible, food was superb, service was great as well - wish I remembered his name but he was in school and works weekends only. I was surprising my husband and the employees were great at helping me keep the surprise! Very pricy but worth it for a nice treat. We will definitely come back. Tomahawk was great to share with two.

Fantastic food with service to match. Had a wonderful time with my wife and inlaws there. Place was pretty busy for a Sunday (we had reservations), but being busy did not effect the great service and quality of food. It was hard not to try everything!! Pictured below we had - Makimoto oysters, blue crab arancini(crab balls), waygu meatballs, ceaser salad with homemade anchovy dressing, homemade sourdough bread, Collard greens, boulangère(fancy potato), grilled asparagus, fired chicken, and the main even: A wet aged Piedmontese Tomahawk Steak(I asked they not pre cut the steak)🥹🤤 pictured with all five of their housmade sauces(Bernaise, zip, steak, chimichurri, and horseradish sauce). Dined in at Rudy’s for an evening with the family and had a fantastic meal. Our waiter was very experienced and guided us through the menu with ease. For starters, we had burrata, wagyu meatballs, and the fall salad. Meatballs were very tender and I’d also suggest adding prosciutto to the burrata plate. For mains, we ordered the porterhouse and a filet. Porterhouse is dry aged 30 days and finished with brown butter. It had a great sear and sprinkle salt to finish, enjoyed every bite. For sides we ordered roasted carrots, boulangere potatoes, and mac and cheese. The mac is an absolute must here and was probably everyone’s favorite side. Absolutely stunning. Nathan was the epitome of a gracious, knowledgeable, and engaging host. The food was incredible (as always). Perfect valentines meal (even if we did come a few days early...). Will certainly be back.

The ambiance Rudy’s offers makes for a great date night or celebration meal. The service is very attentive and knowledgeable. They will answers any questions and offer great recommendations! We ordered the crab appetizer along with their sourdough bread, tomahawk steak to share with a side and dessert! We got the full experience. There a lot of options and notable most of them are shareable!
